About the Chef
Born in Sweden, raised in the Caribbean to a family of restaurantures, Marcus Abrahamsson was classically trained in Europe but gained all his culinary style on island of Bequia, St Vincent and the Grenadines. Bringing classic, home cooked Caribbean food to Canmore, Alberta.
Caribbean and Canada Meet
Marcus and Carolyn met on the sunny island of Bequia in 2009. Their love of food, travel, surfing and adventure brought them together. After travelling the world and working in many diffrent places they found themselves in Canmore, Alberta. Here is where their love of food and hospitality came together with their hotel Creekside Villa. They are excited to bring back their love of Caribbean food and Hospitality to their new restaurant "One Love"
